New Moon in Leo on July 24th

I am here today to talk to you about this New Moon period we are beginning in the early morning on Thursday, July 24th at 12:11 PM Arizona time (PDT).

This also represents the end of one lunar cycle and the beginning of another. Astrologically, this means that both the Sun and Moon are in the same sign, and on July 24th they are both in the sign of Leo. The new moon is usually a time of new beginnings, and Leo emphasizes creativity, self-expression, and courageously sharing your true self with the world.

This New Moon in Leo encourages you to step into your authenticity and express yourself with bravery. It’s a powerful time for self-discovery and embracing your true self with confidence. Connect with your inner child, pursue your passions, and do take time to confront any fears and release anything that dims your inner light. Step into your power and radiate positivity as you focus on Heart-Centered living and self-love. This is also a time to connect with community and nurture loved ones as well as yourself as you celebrate the bonds that enrich your life. It’s time for a fresh start.

There are many aspects at work. Some are more challenging, and some lead to better situations.

Full Moon in Capricorn on July 10th

I am here today to talk to you about this Full Moon period we are beginning in the afternoon on July 10th at 1:37 pm (Pacific Daylights Savings time). So, it will be full on June 11th at 4:37 pm on the East Coast.

This is known as the Buck Moon because this is the time of year when the buck deer begin to grow their new antlers. It is also sometimes called the Midsummer Moon, the Thunder Moon, the Ripe Corn Moon and the Herb Moon. This Full Buck Moon symbolizes growth and gaining inner strength to overcome difficulties to achieve our goals. It’s a time of self-reflection and spiritual development. It’s a time to remind us of our power and vitality needed for success. This Buck Moon activates the cardinal signs and sometimes assists us with more long-term relationships. The energy is grounding and helps when we need more clarity and perspective, to release what no longer serves and to transform ourselves as needed.

We have a Full Moon when the sun and moon are considered in opposition. Astrologically, this means that both the Sun and Moon are in opposing signs, and at the time of this Full Moon, the Sun is in Cancer, & the Moon is in Capricorn, exactly opposed the Sun on the 10th at 1:37 pm PDT. This Full Moon connects us to the wisdom that comes from life experience. It’s a time to journal, & go inward. Don’t seek approval from outside yourself, but rather learn to trust your own inner values. Self-care and self-nurturance are the foundations needed for our emotional well-being & ensuring that our basic needs are met. Honor your feelings and create space for you.

There are some interesting aspects at work.
