This New Moon period is beginning Saturday, August 27th at 1:17 am AZ time (PDT) A New Moon also represents the end of one lunar cycle and the beginning of another. Astrologically, this means that both the Sun and Moon are in the same sign, and on August 27th, they are both in Leo.

The new moon is a time of new beginnings, and this New Moon presents an excellent opportunity for us to formulate some goals regarding “all things Virgo” which include organization, cleanliness, health, work, and new habits.

This new moon in Virgo is a good time to focus on starting over, and/or getting back on track. Because Virgo is so practical, it really is a time to get back to business. This may affect our workplace, our projects, and it may even bring new professional opportunities. Virgo energy likes a clean environment, so it’s a great time to clean house (both physically and in spirit). Detoxes are easier at this time – both physical and mental!

Exciting news! I am in the process of planning to start classes again both in person and online. I am exploring platforms, and will, for sure, post here when that is all arranged. My hope is to start right after Samhain, and if everything goes well, they will be held live and on Zoom on Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:00 pm, and my plan is to have a platform to make them available to folks who want to work through our Study Program, at any time, or if you can’t make the class and want to watch them later. All of that is in the works….At some point, I may also present ceremony in person as well as on the same platform. Stay tuned!
